Hemmer Construction Company is the prime contractor for the The Boardwalk Residences, Building 1. The project is part of Ovation, a new premier development by Corporex Companies.

This five-story building will soon begin to take shape and will seamlessly blend residential living with retail spaces providing a unique riverfront experience to its residents. This is the third of three similar buildings in the development.
