Paul Hemmer Company worked with the Hemmer Management Group (unaffiliated with Paul Hemmer Company) Group Health Associates, and TriHealth on the redevelopment and renovation of Anderson Professional Centre, a 72,000 SF professional office and medical building complex on the campus of the Anderson Town Center, in Hamilton County, Ohio.  The project required the enclosure of a parking area between two buildings for a new surgery center that created a single unified space for the healthcare provider. The project also included a new, structured parking garage that accommodates 196 cars.
