Paul Hemmer Company designed and oversaw construction of a 17,400 sq. ft. speculative neighborhood commercial retail center in Florence Kentucky that was partially preleased to Barleycorn’s, a popular Northern Kentucky neighborhood restaurant.  Hemmer assisted the owner in the acquisition and development of the property, and provided early budgetary and due diligence assistance that ultimately lead to a two-building development that included Culver’s first restaurant in Northern Kentucky.
