The Paul Hemmer Company was contracted to execute a series of interior renovations at Perfetti Van Melle’s facility in Erlanger, KY. The project covered a range of updates aimed at improving both functional and structural elements within designated areas. The scope included comprehensive management and supervision services, with key tasks spanning demolition, masonry, steelwork, drywall, doors, flooring, painting, and fire protection.

Scope of Work
Concrete and Masonry: Demolition and replacement of a curb for the new demising wall, as well as the construction of a CMU wall with a bond beam, extending approximately 24 linear feet.
Steel Modifications: Removal of four steel beams from the Silo Room, along with installing metal decking for the ceiling in the CMU room.
Drywall and Framing: Extensive demolition and reinstallation work in the Closet and Conference Rooms, including framing to close existing doorways and patching on the demising wall.
Doors and Flooring: Installation of a hollow metal door and epoxy flooring on the new concrete curb.
Painting and Fire Protection: Full paint coverage on all new wall surfaces, doors, and frames, as well as necessary sprinkler line modifications to ensure fire protection compliance.
