Prologis Inc. is expanding its footprint in Ohio and Fort Mitchell-based Paul Hemmer Co. is building the real estate developer’s new facility.

Hemmer is building a 770,000-square-foot industrial distribution center in Prologis Park 70-Etna Industrial Park in the Greater Columbus area. The center will put about 18 acres under roof. According to Hemmer, the facility will be one of the larger structures in the region.
