Paul Hemmer Company will serve as the prime contractor for constructing the OneNKY Center in Covington, Kentucky.

This 47,000-square-foot Class A office facility is set to open in the Summer of 2025. Once completed, it will be home to several prestigious organizations including BE NKY, The Catalytic Fund, Covington Life Sciences Partners, EducateNKY, Horizon Community Funds of Northern Kentucky, meetNKY, Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Bureau, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, OneNKY Alliance, and Thomas More University Division of External Affairs.

Governer Andy Beshear was in attendance for the groundbreaking of the OneNKY Center on August 30, 2023.
