  • Paul Hemmer Company is leading the construction of a 74,855 sq. ft., four-story medical and administrative building on the campus of the Lindner Center of Hope. This expansion enhances the facility’s capacity while ensuring that the existing center remains fully functional and operational throughout construction.
  • The project features a steel-framed structure with a modern exterior combining brick veneer, metal, and EIFS. To accommodate the new building, utility relocations are underway, ensuring seamless integration with the existing infrastructure. Construction is being carefully phased to maintain uninterrupted access to the dock for deliveries, minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
