Ryan Kennedy Joins the Hemmer Team as CFO

We are excited to welcome Ryan Kennedy to the Hemmer team as our new Chief Financial Officer. Ryan previously worked in leadership roles at Neyer Properties, Inc., and North American Properties. He is a licensed CPA who earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Kentucky. Say “Hi” and get to know Ryan next time you see him at the Hemmer HQ!

Project Complete: IntraPac Expansion

In-Progress: VanTrust Avon Landing

We are excited to be working with VanTrust Real Estate again on three buildings on a former regional airport at Avon Landings Commerce Park near Indianapolis. A total of 336,000 SF to be completed in 2023. See more details and progress photos here!

Team Spotlight

Lisa Brearton has been promoted to Office Manager. In addition to her new duties, Lisa will retain responsibilities in Human Resources and Payroll.
