Paul Hemmer Company constructed a 649,000 sq. ft. industrial distribution facility for Industrial Development International (IDI) near I-75 in Monroe, Ohio.  The structure included 15 acres under roof and was occupied by Serta Manufacturing, for which Hemmer also oversaw construction. The project team included M+A Architects and Kleingers.
