- Paul Hemmer Company was selected by Prologis to oversee the design and construction of a rapid deployment center for Home Depot. The center was completed and now supplies more than 100 Home Depot stores throughout the Midwest. The 657,600 SF building is LEED Gold Certified and reflects a 42% reduction in water usage and 31% reduction in energy. Significantly, the completed project utilized 24% in recycled content materials. ATA Beilharz Architects was the project architect. Kleingers was the civil engineer for the project.
