HEBRON, Ky. – Paul Hemmer Company is completing construction on spaces for two U.S. companies that are coming for the first time to the Greater Cincinnati area. Hemmer is completing the tenant finishes for the companies in Airpark West 16, a 151,800-square-foot light industrial facility that Hemmer recently completed for Washington Capital Management Inc., where in addition to construction, Hemmer helped with site selection, design, and permitting
Two growing U.S. companies – OIA Global and iServe Products Inc. – will fill the building at 2475 Wright Blvd, Hebron.
iServe Products Inc., based in Utah, is a fast-growing, top 10 online seller of health and household and beauty and personal care products. It partners with product companies to provide marketplace analytics, product distribution, brand management and other services to drive growth for premium brands. Its new site in Hebron complements the growth in the region of Amazon.com; the iServe brands are sold on Amazon.com. It expects to create 100 jobs at the Airpark West location.
OIA Global, based in Portland, Ore., is a leading worldwide logistics, packaging and materials sourcing provider. Since its founding in 1988, OIA has grown into a $1 billion supply chain management leader.
