We wouldn’t be able to celebrate 100 years without the support of our customers, subcontractors, and friends. To celebrate, we had two events at Sand Run Nursery and Preserve to show our appreciation! Surrounded by great friends, good food, and the signature “Hemmer Hammer”, we can’t imagine a better way to enter our next 100 years!
Hemmer Hammer
This drink was formulated to celebrate 100 years of Paul Hemmer Company. In honor of such, we recommend a 100 proof bourbon be used in the recipe.
- 2oz Bourbon
- 0.5oz Averna (or similar liqueur)
- Bitters
- Lime Juice
- Top with Spiced Orange Ginger Beer
- Serve over ice with fruit garnish of your choice
