Paul Hemmer Company is glad to collaborate with the Northern Kentucky Health Department by constructing the Department’s new district office on the Florence Government Center Campus on Ewing Boulevard.

Ground has recently broken on the new two-story, 40,000 square foot building, which will bring staff and district-wide services together in a single location. The space will include offices, meeting rooms and training areas.

We were especially pleased to bring our design-build expertise to the project for this public agency.

Building is expected to be completed in early 2018 at a cost of $4.8 million. KZF Design is the project architect.
