Scope of Work
- New Building Shell including building foundation, 6″ concrete floor slab, new exterior walls to be concrete, structural steel to support roof system,
- Mechanical and Electrical work consisted of wet pipe sprinkler installation, new HVAC system, and interior lighting to achieve an average of 30 footcandles using LED fixtures to similar to the existing ones.
