VanTrust Real Estate LLC has a second speculative project under construction in the Columbus region.

VanTrust General Manager Andy Weeks tells me general contractor Paul Hemmer Co. will build a 226,000-square-foot project at 3360 Southwest Boulevard in Grove City.
