Completion of Northpoint West Chester ProjectAnother project wrapped up before the New Year! Two tilt-up wall, steel frame buildings totaling 501,016 SQ FT are now ready for their distribution tenants in West Chester, Ohio. We partnered with NorthPoint Development on this exciting project and completed it within the projected timeline. 
Hemmer lands at #82 in Deloitte 100 
For the 16th time overall, Paul Hemmer Company is proud to be included in the Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100, a ranking of 100 of the largest privately owned companies in the Cincinnati area. This year our firm comes in at number 82, up from 98 in 2021.
Project In-Progress: VanTrust Avon Landing 
The Hemmer team is nearing the finish line at VanTrust Avon Landing in Avon, Indiana. This precast 336,000 SQ FT distribution center will house 34 overhead dock doors with a clearance of 32′ and parking for 324 autos and 83 trailers with expected completion in 2023.
