Project Scope:
The Charter Tech Center Tenant Improvement project involved completing interior tenant improvements and associated site work as per permit plans.  The work included painting exposed structures, relocating a demising wall with associated HVAC adjustments, and enhancing accessibility and functionality for the tenant.
