VanTrust Real Estate LLC has selected a builder to construct a massive distribution center on land near Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

Paul Hemmer Co., one of the largest general contractors in Greater Cincinnati, will build the 541,250-square-foot speculative distribution center.
