Paul Hemmer Company has been awarded and began work earlier this year on Brennan Investment Group’s Seward Pointe Commerce Park.  The project includes the construction of two speculative distribution buildings totaling over 445,000 SF combined and are expected to be completed in 2023. 

On Wednesday, September 21, members from project team, including representatives from Brennan Investment Group, Paul Hemmer Company, ATA Beilharz Architects, The Kleingers Group, Colliers and local government dignitaries held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the occasion.
