Reno, Nevada-based Dermody Properties and Hillwood Investment Properties have formed a joint venture to build a new 898,560-square-foot building for the online seller of home furnishings and decor, the companies said Wednesday.  Paul Hemmer Co. will be the project’s general contractor. Building construction is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2016.
