Paul Hemmer Company is wrapping up a speculative distribution facility at the River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana, a high-profile location along the Ohio River and excellent access to major interstate highways in the Greater Louisville area.
The building, called Gateway 600, is a 600,000 sq. ft. double-loaded distribution facility that is being built in response to increased demand in the market.
This is Paul Hemmer Company’s third project with Kansas City-based VanTrust. The two companies previously collaborated on projects in Grove City, Ohio, and the Park 536 project in Independence, Kentucky.
