We’ve recently completed a 151,000 sq. ft. speculative light industrial facility in the Airpark West industrial park, which is located in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport corridor. The new facility, named Airpark West 16, features 32-foot clear heights, 24 dock doors, two drive-through doors and an office area.

The project is a venture of Boston-based Great Point Investors LLC. In addition to being the builder and property manager, Hemmer helped Great Point with a number of services beyond construction, including site selection, design and permitting that included a number of regulatory approvals.
