New Year, New Projects!

We are excited to announce that Paul Hemmer Company has been awarded a 770,000SF speculative distribution building on Foundation Drive and Buffington Road in NKIP developed by Core5 Industrial Partners! Thank you to our project team for their hard work on securing this project: John Curtin, Mike Hemmer, Christian Mains, Michael Trella, and Seth Martin!

Paul Hemmer Company has a great history with NKIP. Not only have we completed projects here since the 1960s, but our own John Curtin serves as Chairman of the NKIP Management Council!

Another exciting project we’ve been awarded is a 671,000SF speculative distribution center in Cedar Grove, KY south of Louisville!

Construction Complete at Molto Air Commerce IV in Louisville!

The best way to start off the New Year is completing projects we’ve been working hard on throughout 2020.

Molto Air Commerce IV is a 324,000 SF speculative distribution warehouse that started in June 2020 and completed in January 2021.

This building has a spec office, a certificate of occupancy, and is ready for tenants!

In construction paradise…

It only rains on Saturday evenings… after dark and is always finished by dawn with a spectacular Sunday sunrise and a beautiful sunny day that dries things out for Monday.
Building, zoning and regulatory officials provide same-day review and permits.
Banks are always looking for ways to lend money… even as soon as this afternoon, if you need it.
Subcontractors are fully staffed and just happen to have an opening on their schedule that they were hoping to fill when you call.
There is no such thing as unsuitable soils.
