Hemmer Wraps Up New Facility for CA Industrial

Paul Hemmer Company has completed CA Industrial’s first project in Greater Cincinnati. The 140,000 sq. ft. building was completed in Hebron, Kentucky. Hemmer is also overseeing the construction buildout of the project’s first tenant, KeyMe. KeyMe is a New York-based company that provides an app for copying keys and robotic kiosks for new key fabrication.

Strategic Capital Development Nearing Completion

Construction is nearing completion for Strategic Capital Partner’s multi-building development in Springdale, Ohio. Springdale Commerce Park is a speculative industrial development that will ultimately include 1.1 million sq. ft. of Class A industrial space. Phase 1 includes two buildings totaling 576,800 sq. ft. of space.

TGT Transport Construction Continues in Hebron
|
|
While the country struggled with COVID-19, the walls were going up at TGT Transport’s new facility in Hebron, Kentucky. Paul Hemmer Company has been selected by TGT Transport to design and build a 25,000 sq. ft. transportation facility in Hebron, Kentucky. The new facility will include maintenance operations, offices, and driver lounge areas and will be completed later this summer. TGT Transport provides transportation services for the international freight industry.

Paul Hemmer Company is pleased to announce that Matt Curtin has joined the company as Business Development Manager. Matt’s focus will be to build Hemmer’s corporate client base and strengthen Hemmer’s regional construction sales efforts. Matt is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Thomas More University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree and Masters in Business Administration respectively.

Join us in congratulating Kevin Markesbery. Kevin was recently promoted to Vice President of Construction Operations. Kevin’s new duties will include overseeing day-to-day construction operations, including office and field staffing, administration, and safety. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Building Management Partners, an affiliate of Paul Hemmer Company is pleased to announce that Staci Leiker has joined the company as Business Development Manager. In her new role, Staci will be focusing her efforts on building BMP’s relationships with local and regional businesses. Staci has more than 8 years of experience in the building care industry.
Building Management Partners provides personalized maintenance services to businesses throughout the region, including preventative maintenance, building care, inspections, as well as on-call and emergency services. Building Management Partners currently provides facility management, maintenance HVAC/R and construction services to 80+ customers with more than 20 million sq. ft.

Blake Beiting has joined Paul Hemmer Company as a Project Engineer. In his duties with Hemmer, Blake will be responsible for assisting Hemmer’s Project Managers and Superintendents on a variety of project matters, including project estimating, scheduling and subcontractor coordination, as well as administrative duties, such as daily reports, safety reports and document management. In addition to working full-time at Hemmer, Blake is currently a full-time student at Northern Kentucky University, where he is a senior in the construction management program. He is also on the NKU fishing team.

Cody Kahmann has joined Building Management Partners as a Project Engineer. Building Management Partners is an affiliate of Paul Hemmer Company and provides project management services for capital projects throughout the region.
In his duties with Hemmer, Cody will be responsible for assisting Hemmer’s Project Managers and Superintendents on a variety of project matters, including project estimating, scheduling and subcontractor coordination, as well as administrative duties, such as daily reports, safety reports and document management. Cody is a recent graduate of Northern Kentucky University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.

Paul Hemmer Company welcomes Zak Bowen, who has joined Hemmer as one of its newest co-ops. Zak is currently a junior at Northern Kentucky University, where he is majoring in Construction Management. Zak is a graduate of Pendleton County Memorial High School and enjoys working on the family cattle farm, playing guitar, and being involved in his church. He is pictured with his dog, Sam.
