Scope of Work
- General Conditions: Part-time project management and on-site supervision will be provided, along with periodic cleaning to maintain site conditions and a final construction clean-up upon completion.
- Demolition: Removal of select interior elements, including doors, frames, existing conference room storefront, millwork, bathroom partitions, and flooring.
- Glass Installation: New glass partitions for conference rooms and offices, featuring ½-inch clear tempered glass with polished edges and high-quality 36-inch ladder pulls.
- Framing, Drywall, and Ceilings: Support for glass partitions will be provided with necessary framing, bulkheads, and drywall touch-ups, all finished to a level 4 quality.
- Flooring: Installation of new carpet and base, with concrete polishing to meet Red Bull’s aesthetic standards.
- Painting: Full interior wall painting per Red Bull’s specified colors and finishes.
- Electrical Work: Relocation of lighting fixtures and installation of general-use electrical receptacles.
- Plumbing: New men’s urinal installation and reinstallation of plumbing fixtures as needed to accommodate the demolition and new layouts.
