Paul Hemmer Company successfully delivered the construction of a new 11,180 SF facility for LOGOMAT in Hebron, KY. The project features a single-story building designed to accommodate operational efficiency, combining warehouse and office spaces with specialized equipment installation.
Key Features:
- Site Utilities: Installation of all sanitary, water, gas, and electrical utilities.
- Concrete Work: Installation of unreinforced concrete slabs, footings, vapor barriers, sidewalks, and a dumpster pad.
- Structural Steel: Erection of structural steel, roof decking, and other related components.
- Roofing: Installation of a 45-mil white TPO roof with R-20 insulation.
- Interior Work: Full installation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Special Features: Installation of a 5-ton crane with a free-standing runway system.
