Park 75 is a three building, 108,000 sq. ft. complex in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.  Paul Hemmer Company assisted the developer from outset and evaluated multiple development options.  The developer of the project originally planned to construct multiple low-rise buildings over a multi-year period.  After evaluating several multi-tenant concepts and constructing two of the planned buildings, the owner decided to change course and construct a six-story 82,201 sq. ft. structure that included a community auditorium and meeting space for the use of tenants and local organizations.  Paul Hemmer Company served as the project’s design-build construction manager.
